Tahiti limes are one of the most popular limes in the world – and it is easy to understand why! This incredible citrus fruit is both delicious and a powerhouse of nutrition! Also known as Persian limes, seedless limes, or Bearss limes, Tahiti limes are larger and less acidic than key limes with a smooth, firm rind covered in tiny pores. Its flesh is fragrant and mostly seedless.

This tasty, tangy citrus fruit is used in a variety of cuisines! Adding its signature flavour to dishes, dressings, drinks, cocktails, and marinades. The zest of the rind is often used in desserts, curries, and soups. The possibilities are endless!
Tahiti limes contain high levels of vitamin C as well as potassium, riboflavin, niacin, folate, phosphorus, and magnesium and are believed to help boost immunity and iron absorption.
