Tropical Papaya & Dragron Fruit Bowl

Ingredients:

1 small samba papaya

1 red dragon fruit

1/2 cup mango cubes

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

A handful of pomegranate seeds

1/4 cup fresh coconut slices (optional)

A sprinkle of chia seeds or granola for crunch (optional)

A drizzle of honey or lime juice (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Fruits:

Cut the small samba papaya in half and scoop out the seeds. Keep the halves intact as your edible bowl.

Peel and dice the red dragon fruit, or use it as well as your edible bowl.

Chop the pineapple and mango into bite-sized cubes.

2. Assemble the Bowl:

Fill the papaya or dragon fruit halves with the pineapple chunks, mango and dragon fruit cubes.

Add fresh coconut slices and a handful

of pomegranate seeds for extra flavor

and color.

3. Optional Toppings:

Sprinkle chia seeds or granola over the top for added texture and nutrition.

Drizzle with honey for a touch of sweetness, or squeeze some lime juice for a tangy finish.

4. Serve:

Enjoy your refreshing tropical fruit bowl immediately, or refrigerate for a cool snack later!
