Papaya-Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 mango (about 1 ½ pounds), peeled, pitted, and chopped
1 samba papaya, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 orange, peeled and segmented
2 cups Greek yogurt (for creaminess and extra protein)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, plus 4 lime slices for garnish
3 tablespoons honey (or agave syrup), or to taste
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup ice cubes (adjust based on desired thickness)
Instructions:
Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the mango, papaya, orange segments, Greek yogurt, lime juice, honey, and almond extract.
Add Ice: Add 1 cup of ice cubes and blend until smooth. If you prefer a thinner consistency, blend in an additional 1/2 cup of ice.
Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and add more honey if you’d like it sweeter.
Serve: Divide the mixture among 4 chilled large glasses. Garnish each smoothie with a lime slice.
Servings: 4

Tips for Improvement:
Citrus Zest: Add a little orange zest for an extra citrus kick.
Frozen Fruits: For a thicker consistency, use frozen mango and papaya.
Nutrition Boost: Consider adding a tablespoon of chia seeds or a handful of spinach for added nutrients.
This version gives the smoothie a refreshing citrus flavor, balancing the sweetness of the mango and papaya. Enjoy!
